General Return Policy
At our shop, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases and services. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. Please review our return policies for each product and service category below.

Hand Made Crystal Necklaces

Ayurvedic Roll-On Oils

Services
Reiki Healing, Massage, Coaching, and Reiki Facial

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time to avoid any charges.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full cost of the service.

Refunds for services are not typically provided unless there are exceptional circumstances. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your specific situation.

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed. The full session fee will still apply.

Please inform us of any health conditions or concerns prior to your appointment to ensure a safe and effective treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we deem it unsafe to proceed.

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Return Shipping Costs:
